Shipping Policy

  • You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 days from the date the order was shipped, not from the date the order was placed.

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days to process your order in our warehouse..

  • Orders that our system flagged, may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange your order or request a refund, please read the following instructions carefully:

REASONS YOU MAY WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER​

  • A change in size

       It happens that you make a mistake.  We are all humans, right?  Please insert a note that     

       states what size you would like and we will send you the correct size.​

 

  • You received the wrong item

       Like we said, we are all humans, right?  Although we double-check everything, it can happen

       that we send you the wrong item(s).​  No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item(s)

       you received to support@imagebydesign2019.com and one of our team members will follow

       it up for you.

 

  • You received a damaged or faulty item(s)

       Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item(s) is sent out

       by mistake.  In this case, simply return the item. The only thing we need you to do is send us 

       an email to support@imagebydesign2019.com, stating your order number and please include

       a photo of the damaged item(s).  once we receive it to assess the damage, we will send you a

       new item(s), 100% free of charge ASAP.​

 

  • If you meet the above criteria, please shoot us an email to support@imagebydesign2019.com.  Also we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you're returning your item(s) for a refund.  We strive to get you the best quality possible, and we'd love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.
